Use of the pool is at the managers discretion and access may restricted for any reason at anytime in need.

The lake
The back perimeter of the park is bordered with a lake which has varying inhabitants from time to time. Enjoy the diversity of nature, from time to time; lillys, duck weed , turtles, fish, ducks, snakes and foxs's etc all come and go naturally.
Security
The village has a front fence and gates to deter the uninvited pest, however residents are the best security by challenging obvious loiterers or assisting visitors find their destination. Residents are authorised to ask any uninvited person to leave the village and call police. However be sure they are an unwanted presence in the village by all residents.
Entry to Torquay Waters by vehicle is via a remote controlled car gate. A coded pedestrian gate provides alternative entry. Remotes are the responsibility of the home owner. The car gate opens about 7am and closes at 5pm ish daily.
Services
Australia Post delivers to your door, at their discretion (which may change) but at the moment your mailing address is your houses street number and street name within the village, for example.

Council rules dictate each two homes share a recycle and general waste wheelie bin that are emptied once a week at the Truro Street kerbside.
