We have no community facilities like the big villages; no community hall, no bowling green, no library, or no pool, well lucky the manager lets you use his pool:) Our village attributes are location by the beach, quiet privacy, and a higher sense of security.
Of course the manager will let you use his pool but access is at his discretion and there are no pool costs contribution in your site fee.

The lake
The back perimeter of the park is bordered with a lake which has varying inhabitants from time to time. Enjoy the diversity of nature, lillys, duck weed , turtles, fish, ducks, snakes and foxs's etc all come and go in cycles as nature intended. FYI ....no one has ever been harmed by an animal in the parks 33 year history.
Security
The village has a front fence and gates that close at night for extra security.
Entry to Torquay Waters in a vehicle is via a remote controlled gate. A coded pedestrian gate provides pedestrian entry. Current gate hours are open 7am and close 5pm daily. all other times access requires a code or remote fob.

Services
Australia Post delivers to your door, at their discretion (which may change) but at the moment your mailing address is your houses street number and street name within the village, for example.
