Pool & Entertainment area
The pool is open to all residents and guests everyday during day light hours. The moderate temperature of Hervey Bay allows for almost year round swimming - great for pleasure and exercise.

Residents are welcome to entertain guests poolside and use the facilities - there's plenty of shade too.
The lake
The back perimeter of the park is bordered with a lake which has varying inhabitants from time to time. Enjoy the serenity and the wildlife .
Security
The security and safety of our residents and their property is paramount.
Entry to Torquay Waters by vehicle is via a remote controlled gate. A coded pedestrian entry provides alternative entry at the front.
Services
Australia Post delivers to your door, your mailing address is your house number and street name within the village, not the main Truro Street village address.

Council rules dictate each two homes get a shared recycle and general waste wheelie bin and are emptied once a week at the Truro Street kerbside.
