Review; This Emergency Plan may be reviewed periodically and updated as required by the manager.

In the event of an emergency affecting persons or property within the park, residents and occupants may choose to;
• Dial 000 immediately for Police, Fire or Ambulance.
• Follow directions given by emergency services.
• Move to a safe location away from danger.

Assemble at the area immediately outside the park entrance in need of evacuation, unless emergency services direct otherwise.

Maintenance and Capital Replacement Plan;
Maintenance timing and extent is at the mangers discretion; no new park assets are planned; existing assets are maintained until end of expected life span. Replacement and upgrade is by site fee increase under s71 of the act.
