The act compels the provision of an emergency plan. The following plan has been developed in consultation with a selection of residents.

is $275 a week after -$105 rental assistance.

Rent is increased min of 3.5% or CPI which ever is greater annually. There are no special inclusions in the site fee, Further increase in site fees may be requested  in circumstances where increases greater than 3.5% or CPI are incurred by the park.

There are no communal sporting or recreational facilities in the park; This park is for private quiet living in easy walk of the esplanade and beach. 

Maintenance and Capital Replacement Plan;

Maintenance timing and extent is at mangers discretion. 

No new park assets are planned.

Existing assets are maintained fit for the originally intended purpose.
